Made on Earth Games has secured $3.25 million in a seed funding round, a year after the studio’s launch. The funding will be directed towards their debut title, Everbright, which is currently in open beta. The investment is led by GEM Capital, with participation from The Games Fund, Raga Partners, and Heracles Capital. Established in 2022 by Yuriy Krasilnikov and Alexey Ilin, Made on Earth Games aims to make the 4X strategy genre more accessible and comprehensible to a wider audience through their game Everbright. Krasilnikov emphasized the genre’s innate appeal but acknowledged its complexity, which they seek to address.
